Last night we made sure and had everything done for the day so we could sit and watch Game of Thrones when it came on at nine o'clock. We were settled in just in time to watch the recap from last week, and that great opening sequence. And then we didn't move for an hour.
I realize that we can watch this show at any time we want, stop it, start it, pause for popcorn breaks if we choose. We have On Demand TV, but showing up, well, it's a really old habit that I doubt will change any time soon. It all started on Sunday nights over forty years ago with the clarion call to visit the Ponderosa Ranch.
