The release of The Badger's Revenge, the third novel in the Josiah Wolfe, Texas Ranger series, is less than a month away (04/05/11). If you haven't read the first book in the series, The Rattlesnake Season, or the second book, The Scorpion Trail, then you're in luck.
Starting today I will give away copies of both books between now and the launch (04/05/11) of The Badger's Revenge.
Here's what you need to do: Enter a comment on this blog, and make sure I have a way to contact you. It's that simple.
I will gather all of the names in the Comments Section, and pull one out of a cowboy hat next Friday, 3/11, and give away a signed copy of The Rattlesnake Season. I will mail the copy at no expense to the winner.
Between 3/11 and 3/18 the same contest and rules will apply, only I'll be giving away a signed copy of The Scorpion Trail. I'll post the start of the next contest and the winner of this one next Friday (3/11).
Enter as many times as you like...

Larry, You are a very good writer and I have enjoyed reading your books. I also am very proud of you and your accomplishments. I can say I knew you before you became famous.
I wish much success to you in your future because I believe in YOU!
Larry, I used to have a signed copy of The Rattlesnake Season but sent it along with the next in that series to Afganistan when Tim was there and I would like to have a copy of my own. I will keep this one if I win it.
Thank You!
Although I would love to have a free signed copy of the Rattlesnake Season (or any book for that matter) I think if I win I will ask that you send it off to a soldier in Afganistan or Iraq so they can enjoy it while protecting us. By the way, great interviews with Bill Crider and James Reasoner, 2 of my favorite authors and although I never met either of them both seem like great guys. All the best and hopefully you are selling lots of books.....Chris......
I think Anonymous has a fine idea. I would love to read the book and probably will pick one up somewhere, but the same goes for me. If I win, please send it to one of our units in Afghanistan or Iraq. Perhaps they can take turns reading it. If you can pick one from Wyoming on anyussoldier.com, that would be even better!
Thanks.
Have'nt read any of them yet and would love to!! Love the old western books!
